① WHAT DOES THIS DASHBOARD MEASURE?

Each row of data represents a tournament run by a Challenger Program organizer. Four metrics are recorded per tournament:

Teams: teams registered in the tournament.
Participants (Players): total players who competed.
Discord (peak): users connected simultaneously on the Discord server during the event.
Date: day the tournament was played, used for the month range filter and the monthly trend.

② HOW TO USE THE FILTERS

Month range: pick a start and end month. The whole dashboard —KPIs, charts, heatmap, and ranking— recalculates instantly.
Organizer: select one to see only their performance, or leave "All" for the overall picture.
Tournament search: type a tournament name or a date (e.g. 2026-10) to find it quickly.

The chips below the filters show which combination is currently active.

③ READING THE INDICATORS (KPIs)

The 4 boxes at the top summarize the selected range and organizer:

Tournaments recorded: number of events in the current filter.
Teams registered: total sum of teams across those tournaments.
Participants: total sum of players.
Discord peak (avg.): average of the peak concurrent users per tournament.

④ HOW TO READ THE CHARTS

Monthly trend: teams and participants month by month.
Teams & participants by organizer: direct comparison between organizers in the filtered range.
Average Discord per month: measures the community "heat" of the whole program.
Activity heatmap: the lighter the color, the more teams that organizer moved that month.

⑤ RANKING TABLE

Ranks organizers over the filtered date range. Click any column header (Tournaments, Teams, Participants, Discord) to reorder the table by that criterion. The 🥇🥈🥉 medals mark the top 3 for the active criterion.

⑥ HOW TO EDIT AND ADD DATA

Go to the EDIT DATA tab:

Click + Add tournament to create a new row and fill in Organizer, Tournament, Date, Teams, Players, and Discord.
To add a new month, simply enter a date in that month — the dashboard's month range filter picks it up automatically.
To add a new organizer, just type their name (it doesn't need to already exist).
Edit any existing cell by clicking it; changes reflect immediately on the dashboard.
Use the 🗑 icon at the end of the row to delete a tournament.

Your changes are saved automatically in this browser (they aren't lost on reload). Use Export JSON to download a backup, or Import JSON to load data from another computer. Restore sample data reverts to the original sample data.

⑦ GROWTH, CALENDAR, PROFILE & ALERTS

📈 Monthly growth: at the bottom of the Dashboard, a table shows the % change of each month vs. the previous one (tournaments, teams, participants, Discord). Green = up, red = down.
📅 Calendar: CALENDAR tab — pick a month and see every tournament by day. Days with 2+ tournaments are flagged in orange as a possible date conflict.
👤 Organizer profile: ORGANIZER PROFILE tab — pick an organizer and see their full history: cumulative KPIs, monthly trend, and every tournament they've run.
🚨 Low performance alerts: at the bottom of the Dashboard, the system automatically flags organizers inactive in the last month, sharp drops in teams (≥25%), or performance well below the group average.

⑧ SHARING DATA ONLINE & MANAGER REPORTS

🔗 Google Sheet data source: on the EDIT DATA tab, publish a shared Google Sheet to the web as CSV and paste the link in the "Data Source" panel. Both you and your colleague can then edit the Sheet directly, and clicking Load from Google Sheet (or enabling auto-load) pulls the latest data into this dashboard.
